Lapplicazione si rifà ovviamente al tipo di account e offerta che uno sceglie di voler acquistare, e io ho acquistato un pacchetto VoIP con laccount "Easyphonia"... Ma sin dalla prima attivazione non ho mai avuto la possibilità di ricevere chiamate e sinceramente per il prezzo speso (più di 25 dollari), si supponeva un minimo di supporto in caso di problemi!. Ma a quanto pare uno chiede supporto e neanche quello ti viene dato... Quindi per me altro che 5 stelle... Soldi regalati... Americanata?!

App comoda soprattutto se si è fuori ufficio e si necessita di ricevere chiamate sul fisso. Unico "problema" il consumo di batteria. Per il resto tutto ok.

Of all the soft phone / VoIP clients I tried for iOS, Zoiper Pro was both the easiest to setup and had the most features. That said, the app was written for iPhone screen dimensions and only crudely scales up to an iPad’s larger screen. Can we add a true iPadOS app to the product backlog pls?

Explicitly asks iOS for raw audio: disabling the suite of microphones that work together to filter out background noise. No amount of processing a mono signal can fix this- tune it to filter out non voice? Well- what about somebody needing to hear something mechanical? Next: bluetooth doesn't work. Maybe 1 in 20 attempts would connect at all, and those would just disconnect later. Headset is a quality *tronics model, that nothing else has ever had issues with. Cough up the additional money for the other softphone app. At least its IAPs are passing on license costs.

Paid Zoiper pro and got Acrobats Groundwire instead, which has free push notifications a essential feature for voip service. Zoiper has it too with paid subscription.

I am a ham radio operator and I am not able to use the app anymore on Allstarlink. Older versions worked fine but the new versions refuse to register.

The software is easy to use and configure however, it would be nice if it supported Bluetooth audio on iOS devices. I use my Bluetooth headset with my phone all the time and this app does not support it. Other than that, the app works great.

Doesn’t work in the I phone. Paid for the upgrade, still doesn’t work. Customer service, non-existence. Maybe they will cancel it for me when they read this.

At least a year ago I contacted zioper to talk about supporting an iPad version of zoiper, many of us use the iPad as a main PC and needed to use the softphone, but they think differently, they think that's not important , they just don't care about users/clients, same goes for a native version of zoiper for M1/M2 Mac.

My biggest issue with this app is when making a call it does not always connect via Bluetooth to a headset and there’s never an option to connect to headset via Bluetooth. This happens every other call. This is extremely inconvenient and annoying.

I paid for this app. I need a basic functionality. When a client sends me a text message I need that text message to be delivered to my device through this app. My provider for my phone number is through VoIP.ms. At my provider I have my account configured to forward a message to my email and another phone number as well as having this app configured to receive them. Whenever a client will text me I immediately receive their message on my email and the other device, however I can never rely on the messages to be delivered to this app. It is extremely hit or miss. I’ve come to learn that in order to ENSURE I receive my client's messages, I need to pay an ADDITIONAL fee, or I must keep the app open and my screen on at all times. This is ridiculous. The ability to rely on this app to receive basic text messages (SMS) not even multimedia messages (MMS) should not require additional money since I have already paid for this app. Also, 3-way group texting does not work in this app either. I will be requesting a refund as this amounts to bait and switch. What did I pay for if I can’t reliably receive text messages?

Version 3.39 does not work well with iOS. Constant issues with error codes and now an issue with IPv6 that is supposedly going to be fixed at some unknown future time. Can make calls but cannot receive calls - isn’t that kinda the point of the app?! Would have been good to know before paying for an app that doesn’t work.

Work in the US but whilst traveling in the UK I can call and receive every one as if I’m back in the office

DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!!!!! I made the mistake of trusting that this app would do its job, so I sent out a mass mailer to get business and used this app to take the calls so I didn’t give out my personal number. Well this app constantly un-registered my phone so I missed HUNDREDS of calls that could have been new business. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Please fix the way recordings are displayed ,they are randomly placed, please assort them by date.

I paid almost $15 for this app and all of the sudden it won’t register?! $15 and I can’t even use it. Don’t want to buy it in the computer because I don’t want to be glued to it but looks like I have to now. Giving it one more day

Please add a text/sms and video call/chat option

Like how it has helped me work from home and not give out my cell phone to clients.

It did not work after paying 4.99 and wants me to pay another .99/month to get push call.

why does it blast so loud no matter the volume setting smh

Yes there is a major delay with the AirPods when a call comes in. It automatically disconnects from my AirPod Bluetooth connection super annoying. Doesn’t seem to work probably with Bluetooth devices. Also I noticed that the option to switch to Bluetooth on the app brings a lot of static on to the phone call

In this latest release, a new bug is found. If you mute and you minimize / launch another program and then return, mute still shows depressed, but it really is not muted.

If you don’t have the app open, you don’t get calls. To get a ring you have to have the app open.

You can access your contacts list. Was fairly easy to setup once I learned about soft phones.

The previous version was bad but somewhat usable. The current version no longer works for me. iPhone and iPad both stopped working after the last update. I’m now using Bria. It is much much better.

This app would not work with my bluetooth headphone, Honda Bluetooth or Apple Talk in my car. Seemed like pretty simple things to hope for.

The product described features that my professional technician could not get to operate. A trouble ticket failed to resolve the matter although the provider tried!

I purchased the pro version it's an excellent value I use it as a regular telephone system on an Astruc file server as well as a personal household telephone very easy to use

A stable VOIP softphone for IOS. Works well wth Elastix and FreePBX implementations.

Does a good job. Has 2 small withdrawals, 1, the notification windows take to long till they go away a bit annoying. 2 the service connection bars get active only when the call begins instead of when the app starts.

I had the regular zoiper and it stopped working when I downloaded the upgrade so I downloaded the premium version hoping it didn't have the same bug. Now whenever I make a phone call I can her the person on the other end of the call on speaker but they cannot hear me at all. Please fix this.

The best program supports SIP

I use this with my ec2 hosted instance of freepbx Works great.

Terrible app. No customer support. Only works on cellular. Will not work on the wifi.

In the future if possible I want my call to be secured and with audio encryption setting.

This a very great app and on a high level. But only issue is i have problem when the app run in background, i don't received my calls. And the app makes also issue on my device so my device begin run very bad, like hangin and so on.

I upgraded to the premium version to utilize the phone book, However, it doesn't work. I've been told by the company that it is fixed in the new version but Apple has not approved it for release. Other than that glitch I think it's an awesome sip app.

Update... It has become a bit better since my original review below but there is still much work to do. It still shuts down and crashes after going between WiFi and LTE so it's not reliable to receive calls. The audio will go out on calls. Please get these things fixed. It is behaving the same on my IPad on both IOS 8-9. End of my update, original review below... I hate to give this review because I believe that out of all of the VoIP apps, Zoiper has the most potential. I have noticed that over the last year, the app has gone down hill in both stability and audio performance. Stability wise, I can never get the app to stay active so I miss 9 out of 10 calls because it crashes or shuts down in the background so everyone just goes to my voice mail. It's very frustrating for those trying to get ahold of me. Performance wise, it will ether lock up in between my connections going from WiFi and LTE and vice versa. Also, the audio is bad and people can't understand me about half of the time. When it works, it works great, the rest of the time, people say my audio ether cuts out completely or I sound like a robot. I have tried every codec and I'm using the ultimate IOS device which is the IPad Air 2 aka IPad 6. Something needs to change.since the last 2 updates, there wasn't an update for a year prior. Please fix these issues.
